Delivery and Returns

 We believe in the importance of sustainability and reducing waste.  Therefore, we are focusing on small batches and (for some bags) a made to order strategy.  By producing in small quantities and only when an order is placed, we minimise excess inventory and waste production.   This means a little extra time is needed for your bag to be ready.  But we believe the wait is worth it!

Below is the average timeline, please refer to each bag for more detail.

We commit to shipping most products within 10 days of the order being placed.  Made-to-order bags will be 2/3 weeks.

All orders place after noon on Friday, shipping timeline commences from Monday.

Unless specified we will ship via Royal Mail, using standard recorded/tracking.

Deliveries to the UK mainland are not subject to any hidden duties.

Should you wish for an express delivery, please ensure this is ticked when checking out. 

  • Orders over £175 are FREE, delivered by Royal Mail 2nd class (2-3 days)
  • Order below£174 are free delivered by Royal Mail delivery £3.35 (2--3 days)
  • Express delivery £9.59 : next day by noon.
  • EU: 15.99*


We ship internationally, please contact us for an accurate quote for shipping.  Bags are shipped DDU* (Delivered duties unpaid) Please note if you order outside the UK or EU you may be liable for import duties/taxes.  These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Should you wish to cancel or amended your order, in line with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you can cancel the item up to 7 working days from the day the product was received by emailing  Please follow the returns procedure for a refund.   Please return by recorded delivery, costs to be borne by the customer.  


We hope you love your Italian bags purchase, but should you change your mind, we will happily refund/exchange subject to the following conditions: 

- Please ensure items are returned the way we sent them out to you. 
- All labels and tags must still be attached with no marks to the pieces.

We accept returns within 14 days of the dispatch date providing they are in a re-sellable and unworn condition and in the original box. (Please note this timeline will be extended during the Christmas period).

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Return postage costs are not covered, please retain your proof of postage - we recommend the Royal Mail signed for service in the UK.

If the bag is damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the bag.  Once the bag is inspected, we will issue a refund for the bag and postage

All our bags are produced by artisans in Italy using the best quality that are selected for their unique feel and performance.   Each skin is unique and so any quirks are viewed as characteristics of leathers natural appeal.   


All products bought from Mazzi d Fiori come with a 180-day warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any product failures including stitching, metalwork, zips or straps. If a product fails within the warranty period, you can return it to them for a repair or replacement, provided the products have been fairly treated during the warranty period. However, keep in mind that the warranty does not cover products that have been damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair.

If you have received a faulty product, you can contact Mazzi d Fiori customer service team at to report the issue. Please note that the warranty does not cover general wear and tear.
