Order Processing
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11 a.m. GMT will typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. GMT will start processing the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day (Monday-Friday). We do not offer Saturday delivery.
- During holidays or peak sales periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Address & Modifications
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure at checkout. Mazzi D' Fiori cannot accommodate changes to the shipping address or cancellations once an order has been placed.
- We recommend double-checking your details before completing your purchase to avoid any issues.
- Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders after they are placed.
Delivery Delays
- While we partner with reliable carriers, delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, accessibility, or other external factors may occur. Mazzi D' Fiori is not responsible for carrier-related delays.
- Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.
Shipping Options
- Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 48: £3.99 (free on orders over £75).
- Premium Delivery: £4.99 1–2 business days.
- International Delivery: Available to select countries. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns + Exchanges
Our Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you can return unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at info@mazzidfiori.com or visit our Returns Portal [link]. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

- UK Returns: Use our returns portal to generate your label. A £3.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Prepaid return labels are not available for international orders.
- Sale Items: Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- Faulty Items: If your item is faulty, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We offer a 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults (excludes wear and tear).
How to Initiate a Return
For UK Customers:
- Visit our [Royal Mail Returns Portal] to start your return.
- Complete the returns form and print your prepaid label.
- Securely package your item and attach the return label.
- Drop off your package at your nearest Post Office.
For International Customers:
- Email us at info@mazzidfiori.com to request our returns address.
- Package your item securely and include your returns form.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee or cover the loss of international returns.

Return Processing + Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
During busy holiday periods, there may be slight delays in processing returns. We appreciate your patience!
Exchanges
Exchanges are currently available for UK customers only.
A £3.99 shipping fee will apply for exchanges, unless you request an alternative shipping method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
At Mazzi D' Fiori, we take pride in the quality of our bags. However, if you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging for us to process your claim.
What Qualifies as a Manufacturing Fault?
Manufacturing faults do not include:
- General wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, or natural aging of materials).
- Damage caused by misuse, such as bending, twisting, or snapping.
- Issues resulting from improper care or storage.
Returning a Faulty Item:
- Contact us at info@mazzidfiori.com to report the issue and request a returns label.
- You are responsible for shipping the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the label. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
- For international returns, any import taxes or duties incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and confirm the fault, we will process your refund within 30 calendar days. Please note that we are unable to repair items or cover additional return shipping costs.

- Mazzi D' Fiori reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
- During peak periods, refund processing may experience slight delays.
Lost Returns
While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth returns process, Mazzi D' Fiori cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for shipping service when returning your item.
